- Critical, security and cumulative update patches deployed
- NCSC Early Warning deployed
- Windows Firewall active on devices (Windows only)
- BitLocker enabled on devices (Windows only)
Additional elements deployed with Business Premium licensing
Via Defender for Endpoint: additional insights and control features integrated with MDR
Via Entra ID Plan 1: conditional access – enabling geo-blocking, allowlisting of location-specific IP addresses, and standard MFA policies
Via Defender for Office 365 Plan 1:
- Safe Links (emailed URLs scanned and made safe)
- Safe Attachments (emailed files scanned and made safe)
- Anti-phishing policies (lowers risk of impersonation)
