Extended Support Hours for Greater Flexibility

To ensure support is available when you need it most. Armstrong Bell offers extended remote support hours. This extended coverage helps minimise downtime, and with our dedicated support, customers can rely on expert assistance at times that suit your business operations.


The following areas will be covered for critical issue support during extended hours:

  • Internet Connectivity Outages: Disruptions or loss of internet access impacting operations
  • Wi-Fi Connectivity Failures: Inability to connect to or maintain a stable Wi-Fi network
  • Network Downtime: Complete or partial loss of site connectivity affecting business operations
  • Telephony Service Disruption: Inability to make or receive phone calls due to system or network failures

To raise a support case during extended hours, call 01527 834850 and select the option for out-of-hours support.  Calls will be responded to within 2 hours.

Support during extended hours is remote only. If a site visit is required, it will be scheduled for the next working day.

Please note: For services that involve a third party (e.g. Openreach, Wildix) we will troubleshoot the issue in the first instance. Once the issue is identified as a third-party matter, they will respond according to their usual SLA.
