Patch and OS version Management

Endpoint and server devices routinely require patches to maintain stability, performance and security. Our service includes the deployment of these patches to Windows based devices, with centralised monitoring to detect any issues with the deployment - enabling our team to manually remediate these. Our automated systems report on patch status, creating a simple view of a key metric for security compliance. 

Additionally, our team will manage updates of Windows to supported versions of the current release. Failing to monitor and manage this can leave cyber insurance invalid and devices unsupported from 3rd party software vendors.
