Quarterly Business Reviews

Overview

In addition to traditional account management, we provide a quarterly business review to focus on the strategic aims of our customers. A core component of this is a technology roadmap which is built over time and looks typically 12 - 24 months ahead. QBRs are aimed at bringing value to senior leaders within an organisation, providing thought leadership by our team on emerging technology, current threats and an industry insight in to what other organisations are doing.

Our team conduct periodic analysis of customer infrastructure, systems, security controls and other areas to highlight areas that could be of strategic value for the organisation in the future; as well as any items that may need addressing; this combines into a “technology health” score. The score can be used to help drive operational maturity, resolve issues and identify areas that could boost the security of the customer.
