Overview

Our service desk is based at our head office and staffed by Armstrong Bell employees who have a wealth of experience within the IT sector, with no outsourcing used to deliver these services. These services are available 08:30 - 17:00 Weekdays with contact being available via email or telephone. Unlike many other providers, we do not limit a customer's usage of the Support service - unlimited remote support incidents are included by default. 

Our service desk focuses on supplying technical support for the core Microsoft suite of products for endpoints, servers and associated Cloud products; as well as any systems that are supplied by us. Additionally, our team has strengths in mainstream applications including anti-virus, productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, remote access technologies and a wealth of other platforms - support for line of business applications is not provided by our team; these require an active support agreement with the software vendor. 

Whilst our team deliver technical solutions, they focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service to our customers at all times.
