Tablet Management
Overview
Our tablet management service provides comprehensive support for both hardware and software aspects of devices such as iPads and Galaxy Tabs. We facilitate warranty repairs and assist in diagnosing out-of-warranty issues. On the software side, we ensure seamless access to cloud services (Microsoft, Google), manage operating systems (iOS/Android), and support connectivity via built-in SIM or Wi-Fi. Please note that loan or replacement devices are not included, and responsibility for faulty devices remains with the manufacturer (if under warranty) or the customer (if out of warranty).
For customers opting for Mobile Device Management (MDM) support, we offer centralised control over enrolled devices, requiring a relevant MDM license. MDM enables enforcement of required settings, restriction of user changes, and deployment of necessary apps and wallpapers. Additionally, security features include remote wiping capabilities and the ability to prevent factory resets in case of theft, ensuring robust protection and streamlined management of your tablet fleet.
