Microsoft 365 - added value for the same monthly fee

Many businesses already subscribe to Microsoft 365 for their mail services, but the subscription provides access to much more than just email.

As an example we have a client who previously accessed their files remotely by connecting into a server in their offices. While it worked technically, it was complex and time-consuming to maintain and difficult for their staff to use - which means they didn’t use it. That led to work that could have been done and dusted onsite having to be repeated back in the office creating delays and more time & effort.

We moved all of their file data onto Microsoft 365 and now their site engineers are able to update files in real time using their phones or tablets.

One other benefit is that the new platform also allows easy & secure sharing of data with 3^rd parties, so their customers and suppliers can now access live copies of files on their server, speeding up the process of collaborating on the same project.

The best bit – it didn’t cost them a penny more. They already had their email on Microsoft 365 and the storage for their files is already included in that subscription.
