What should you expect of your IT?

A question to ask of any IT Support service is if issues with your technology – such as email, printers or internet down for a long period - have affected your customers. If it does then it needs your urgent attention.
As often enquiring why these outages occurred is met with a shrug of the shoulders - as if that’s what we’ve come to expect and accept of IT.
Please be assured that it’s not acceptable - your IT provider needs to explain what happened and why, and how a repeat will be prevented.
