Too many suppliers involved in your IT?

We met with a hotel manager last week and have quoted on their IT support. One aspect of our service which really came to the fore was our management of 3rd parties that are involved in a customer’s business.
For many this would include suppliers such as BT, Virgin, Sage etc. but for this hotel there are 3rd parties provided the internet, the wifi, the tills, the TV screens, the phones, the CCTV – and every one is a separate supplier.
The issue they have is if a guest’s TV glitching is it due to a screen issue, or is it the network? Has the CCTV camera gone off due to a wifi issue, an internet problem or the CCTV system itself?
With so many suppliers, the danger is that it’s always “someone else’s problem”. So they could see the value of our service where we will give them a single number to call and we’ll sort out where the problem lies.
