Our service - worth paying for!

An interesting call was received today - we currently look after the Head Office operation of a company that has a number of subsidiaries around the UK, all of which are looked after by a large IT support provider.

That provider has offered to look after the Head Office function as part of the existing contract they have - for no extra cost. It's a generous offer, but our customer called today to say that they do not wish to take up the free service being offered.

Rather, they are keen to retain our services due to - in their words - "not having known another IT company like it", who "just get stuff done without the traditional wait of hours or even days for a response".

Needless to say, we were quite chuffed at this feedback and our customer's intention to remain with us.
