Of course, that employee only knows what they personally have experienced – across our team of engineers we have worked on a multitude of systems and in many different sectors and environments.
Having worked for half my career internally and half in outsourced IT I think there’s a different dynamic in both cases, and that it’s healthy that an outsourced company like ours is judged every day for their performance.
That means that there is a lot of accountability – and that is fine by us, as we have a great reputation for being truly proactive in our advice and responsive to issues that arise.
